                                    About Sellars Crossing HOA

The Sellars Crossing Homeowners Association was reinstated Friday, January 9, 2026. Prior to reinstatement, the homeowners elected the new directors during a homeowners' meeting at the Woodville Public Library on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Soon afterwards, the directors met on Friday, January 16, 2026 to elect the officers.

The newly-elected directors and officers have 90 days from the time they took office to satisfactorily complete a state-approved certification course for directors of homeowners associations (Florida Statutes, 720.303). All certifications should be completed by April 16, 2026.

The photo to the left features just one of the many local amenities we enjoy as homeowners in Sellars Crossing. The Wakulla River is only a few miles away, but it shows us so many beautiful colors, no matter the season.
